A one day Kathmandu valley guided tour can be arranged to give students insight into the local Nepalese culture and traditions before beginning the placement. Similarly, a guided tour of 2 days can be arranged at the end of the placement to Chitwan. These trips are meant to relax and replenish your energy supplies before and after the placement.
