Our response to the November 2023 earthquake · Jajarkot and West Rukum
After the earthquake struck western Nepal, we organised four mobile clinics in Jajarkot and West Rukum, bringing care to more than 700 patients.
Our teams treated injuries and illness, provided health screening and dental care, and helped people continue medicines for conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Reaching these communities meant supporting both immediate recovery and the care people needed every day.
Grant funding from Direct Relief and field medical packs helped equip our teams for this response.
